Terms and Conditions: Young People’s Survey — Being Your Best Self & Thriving in Your Community

Who can enter:

The prize draw is open to young people aged 11–16 who complete the survey.

If you’re under 16:

If you’re under 16, please make sure you have permission from a parent or guardian before giving your contact details for the prize draw.

How to enter:

To enter, just complete and submit the survey. Only one entry per person will be counted.

Closing date:

The survey (and prize draw) will close on 31^st October 2025. Entries after this date won’t be included.

The prize:

One winner will receive a £25 Amazon voucher. The prize can’t be swapped for money or another item.

Choosing the winner:

The winner will be chosen at random after the closing date.

Telling the winner:

We’ll contact the winner by text within 7 days of the closing date. If we don’t hear back within 5 days we may choose another winner.

Your details:

We’ll only use your contact details for this prize draw and to get in touch with the winner. We won’t share your details with anyone else, and they’ll be deleted once the draw is complete.
