Welcome to Brathay Hall! We're thrilled to have you here and can't wait for you to experience the peace and tranquility of our surroundings.

We've compiled a comprehensive guest guide that highlights all the fantastic resources and amenities at your disposal, along with some insider tips on the local area.

Whether you're here for a romantic getaway, a family vacation, or a solo adventure, we want to make sure your stay is unforgettable. We're excited to have you with us and hope to see you again soon!

Free Wi-Fi: There is free wi-fi in the main hall and all our en-suite rooms. To connect, please log on to the 'Public Wi-Fi' network. Password: brathaywifiaccess

The Main Hall: The Main Hall is locked after 10pm. You can access the hall 24/7 by using the code on your key fob, which unlocks the keypad on the 2 side doors of the main building.

Safes: There are small safes in some of our rooms which can be used at your discretion. Alternatively, safe storage can be arranged with reception.

Smoking: There is no smoking within the buildings and on the grounds, except for in the designated area out of the back door of the Main Hall.

Fire Safety: The fire alarm is a continuous ringing. It is tested on a weekly basis for up to 5 seconds. If the alarm persists longer than this, please leave the building immediately.

For those staying in the Main Hall or one of our en-suite rooms please assemble on the front lawn opposite the Main Hall entrance.

For those staying in one of our self-catering/group accommodation, please find your arrival pack prior to arriving to know your assembly point.

Do not stop to collect personal belongings.

Health and Safety: Please contact a member of staff is you witness or suffer an accident.

Estate Access: The fields surrounding us are privately owned. Please stay on the designated paths and roads. Enjoy observing the wildlife but please do not touch, feed or disturb.

Dogs: We're proud to be one of the few venues that welcome dogs. If you would like to bring your dog during your next visit, please let us when you make your booking. Dog friendly rooms are subject to availability and charged at £17.40 per pet, per night.

Please note, we are located on farmland. We are happy for you to walk your dogs in the designated public areas, but they must be kept on a lead.

Residential Centre: As primarily a residential centre for young people, please be aware that there are likely to be other groups on site, please do not interrupt group sessions or move any equipment.

* Whilst at Brathay we will do everything to ensure the welfare of our guest, but please note we cannot be held responsible in any way for the loss of or damage to your own personal belongings or valuables, this includes vehicles left unattended on these premises.
