Learning from the Past - Living in the Present - Looking to the Future
Bringing about positive personal change
Since 2008, we have been working in partnership with F4H charity to deliver a residential course for ex-service personnel. This is an example of the type of programme our team can deliver in this field.
The aim of the programme is to help serving members & veterans of the armed forces of all ranks to manage the dramatic change in cultures that occurs when they return to civilian life. The purpose is to enhance self-esteem & confidence helping people make the physical and emotional adjustments required to successfully reintegrate into civilian life.
The residential course is built around three key principles:
- learn from the past
- live in the present
- plan for your future
The key aspects of the course are:
- finding out more about yourself
- planning your life – setting & achieving a personal goal, finding a purpose
- understanding the process of change and making a personal commitment to the future
This course has given me the boost I needed to take control of situations in my life that were stopping me from achieving success.
