For employers, we are lead providers of the Level 3 in Leadership Management, equipping new managers with vital skills to lead their teams and applicable to a wide range of roles across a multitude of industries. Our specialism is personal development within the context of the workplace, and we offer exciting and exacting programmes to get the best from your aspirant leaders.
For training providers and employers, we provide an enhanced dimension to any work-based apprenticeship; bespoke to a company’s own requirements, often delivered as an intensive package incorporating an immersive residential at our Lake District centre and regarded by all our clients as an invaluable add-on to help crystallize the self-awareness, maturity and professionalism required of any new recruit.
For all apprentices, working in partnership with employers or training providers, we also use our expertise in personal development to design and deliver Behaviours modules; a mandatory requirement of any apprenticeship qualification and eligible for Levy funding.
