Are you getting
the best out of your apprentices?

As a registered member of the UK’s Apprenticeship Training Providers (RoATP) our emerging talent consultants can bring unique added-value to many apprenticeship offering.

So whether you're an employer or training provider interested in developing your apprenticeship programme for new employees – or a business looking to offer a Leadership and Management apprenticeship to promising and newly appointed first line managers – then we want to talk to you.

Here's what we offer:

For employers, we are lead providers of the Level 3 in Leadership Management, equipping new managers with vital skills to lead their teams and applicable to a wide range of roles across a multitude of industries. Our specialism is personal development within the context of the workplace, and we offer exciting and exacting programmes to get the best from your aspirant leaders.

For training providers and employers, we provide an enhanced dimension to any work-based apprenticeship; bespoke to a company’s own requirements, often delivered as an intensive package incorporating an immersive residential at our Lake District centre and regarded by all our clients as an invaluable add-on to help crystallize the self-awareness, maturity and professionalism required of any new recruit.

For all apprentices, working in partnership with employers or training providers, we also use our expertise in personal development to design and deliver Behaviours modules; a mandatory requirement of any apprenticeship qualification and eligible for Levy funding.

It’s no coincidence that our latest cohort of apprentices who attended courses at Brathay all qualified with distinctions.

Catch a Glimpse

Companies working with us to enhance the quality of their apprenticeships very quickly reap the rewards. PPG Architectural Coatings explain why.

Not every young person has the guidance and support of a caring employer like you

Our charity helps young people who are victims of circumstance – not victims themselves. Few have the advantage of a caring employee prepared to invest time in them. Your apprentices may want to know that the training you and the Government provides for them also helps to fund life-changing youth community programmes for others less fortunate.

Brathay is 75 this year!

We work with young people, families, employers and employees, to enhance wellbeing and create long-lasting personal change.
