Gear Up For 2024 — Book Now!

If the last few years have taught us anything, it is to expect the unexpected. One things is for sure, leaders and teams need to be comfortable with uncertainty and adept at navigating challenges.

Draw on our 75+ years of experience in experiential learning to equip leaders and teams at all levels to focus and prepare to deliver organisational goals.

What's On Offer

30 hour one-night residential programmes from November 2023 to March 2024.

2024 Team Focus

We can help your teams prepare for change, emerging challenges and opportunities, and to deliver your 2024 strategy.

Successful organisations are built on successful teams. Whether short-term or established, well-led teams bring a diversity of skills, experience, creativity and enthusiasm to your business.

Yet high performing teams rarely happen by accident: they need to be nurtured and developed. They thrive when given the opportunity to bond, develop trust and agree how they will work together.

At Brathay we work with teams at all levels. We provide a safe space for open and honest conversations, insightful reflections and new commitments.

2024 Leadership Reframe

30 hours at Brathay will give your organisation's leaders space to think and time to reset and realign.

Are your organisation’s leaders focused and ready to deliver your 2024 strategy and plans?

From first-line to board-level, do they recognise the value of an inclusive and collaborative approach, where setbacks and reflection are seen as integral steps to progress and innovation?

We have over 75 years’ experience of helping boards, leadership teams and multi-party collaborations to coalesce around strategy and actions plans. Agreeing effective ways of working, improved communications and building trust and commitment create the ability to deliver success.

What makes us different?

Our expert facilitators use their skills to help leaders perform at their peak:

My personal experience of the Brathay Leadership course was excellent. Facilitators put attendees at ease and created a fun but impactful environment for learning and self-reflection.

The course content pushed me out of my comfort zone and I believe the opportunity to challenge both mind and body in an outstanding setting positively influenced my decisions to make positive changes to my leadership style.
