Frank Clayton MBE joins as Head of People Development

Frank, who received his MBE in 2020 for his work promoting apprenticeships, comes to the organisation from NG Bailey in Ilkley. There he built the engineering firm's Learning and Development activities into award-winning programmes and grew their apprenticeship scheme to offer 20 different courses. Asked about joining Brathay, Frank said:

It’s such an interesting time to be joining the team and I’m excited to be here. As we emerge from the pandemic there’s a huge opportunity for us to help shape the next generation of leaders using the unique approach that’s earned Brathay its amazing reputation.

Speaking of Frank’s appointment, CE, Godfrey Owen said:
