Kendal volunteers help Ukrainian refugees settle into their new Cumbrian life

We’re honoured to have been part of this local initiative to help Ukrainian refugees settle in Cumbria. Last week we ran a 3-day trip including a ghyll scrambling session in Langdale, funded through the Mail Force Refugee Appeal, to provide much-needed respite for these families and showcase what Cumbria has to offer.

This is what Brathay is all about – providing positive experiences for families and young people who need it most.
