As an employer and training provider, Brathay is committed to working towards better reflecting the profile of our client groups in our staff profiles, by recruiting apprentices and other young people throughout the organisation.
By offering apprenticeships, we aim to offer individuals experience and personal development opportunities, as well as giving them the opportunity to give something back to their local communities by engaging with their college peers.
Brathay recognises the value of offering volunteering opportunities, which offer individuals experience and personal development opportunities, as well as giving them the opportunity to give something back to their local community. Brathay recruits volunteers as part of its plans to broaden and expand the involvement of the community in its work.
