Children and Young People’s Services design and deliver a range of programmes for children, young people, families and carers . Our programmes are as diverse as the participants, reflecting different needs, backgrounds, and cultures. All our courses contribute to improving the Every Child Matters outcomes.

Children and Young People’s Services also work with the children’s workforce; from frontline workers to chief executives and from child minders to head teachers . We deliver training in an innovative and creative way that enables the children’s workforce to enhance their skills, knowledge, and work in an ever changing context.

In addition to tailoring its own bespoke programmes for the children’s workforce Brathay has partnered with the National College of School Leadership (NCSL) to deliver its Multi Agency Team Development (MATD) Programme. The NCSL MATD Programme has been designed to address the challenges faced by multi-agency teams in the delivery of the Every Child Matters agenda.
