Support Us
At Brathay we believe in raising aspirations, developing positive attitudes and providing signposts for young people to move onto successful educational, employment and training paths.
How we support young people
By working with young people who face challenging issues such as social exclusion, rural isolation, bullying or sexual exploitation, we can help them to;
- Re-engage with education and raise their aspirations
- Have a voice within their communities
- Develop as peer mentors and young leaders
- Avoid or move away from criminal activity, including violence and gangs

Remember Brathay in your will
Over 60 years ago, in an act of extraordinary generosity, Francis C. Scott placed the Brathay Hall Estate in trust to ensure ongoing opportunities for young people. Today, we are looking for benefactors who are prepared to invest in young people and their communities, now and for a lifetime.
Without the generous and continued assistance of our donors and supporters we would not be able to improve the lives of thousands of children and young people.
