Theory of change is a tool that allows you to make the logic behind your service explicit. Once the long term aims, intermediary outcomes, outputs and interventions are mapped, indicators can be identified and an effective evaluation framework devised. This one day programme will lead you through the stages of theory of change for your service so you leave with a working document.
