Adaptive Leadership
This programme is suitable for senior and middle managers, as well as team leaders. It introduces the theory of Adaptive Leadership and provides techniques for applying it in working practices. The knowledge, skills and tools delivered by this programme will improve an individual’s ability to achieve team targets through the continuous performance management of each individual member of staff.
Leading Integrated Teams
This two day programme explores the role and skills of those leading integrated teams, offering essential tools for success. Aimed at managers and supervisors who are currently, or soon to be, leading inter-departmental teams, the programme will enable leaders to establish a common purpose and lead teams of contrasting professionals.
Leading Remote Teams
This programme is aimed at senior, middle managers and team leaders who are responsible for remote teams. It will enable leaders to develop skills, tools and techniques that will help managers and team leaders to work with diverse and distanced personnel. Participants will develop an action plan for distance leadership and a plan for remote team building using the tools provided during the training.
Leading Through Uncertainty
This programme helps develop the leadership skills that are required within organisations through times of uncertainty and change. Building on existing capability the programme will help leaders to understand how their organisations are changing and how they can use and develop their skills to their best advantage. In times of uncertainty leaders need to develop their skills to steer organisations through challenging times.
Leadership For Change
This programme is aimed at senior and middle managers and team leaders and will help to deliver the techniques that will help your managers to lead your business through an effective change process. Individuals will learn about leadership styles and how they can influence change. Fundamental learning will centre on improved communications skills, problem solving and action planning.
