Coaching Leader - 18-22 March or 18-22 November 2012
This programme is aimed at managers, supervisors and team leaders. It is also appropriate for trainers, consultants and facilitators wishing to enhance their skills and knowledge of coaching practice. Advanced Coaching Skills
This programme is the next step for anyone who has attended the Brathay Coaching Leader or Joint Services Professional Coaching training sessions. It is also suitable for anyone who has practiced coaching skills in the workplace and is looking for further formal training. The training will develop advanced interpersonal skills that you can use to coach your team members, leading to improvements in their performance. Mentoring Skills
The mentoring skills programme is aimed at leaders, and senior and middle managers. The purpose of this programme is to provide key personnel with the knowledge, skills and inspiration to be effective mentors and coaches to graduates in your business. Participants will gain an understanding of the expectations of the mentor/coach and the process involved in ensuring that individuals fulfil their personal expectations, in alignment with their managers.
