Our bespoke leadership programmes are designed in partnership with you, to develop leadership competencies, improve self-awareness, emotional intelligence and ability to influence others. A Brathay programme will typically consist of a series of individual modules, both delivered on your premises, and usually including a residential programme at Brathay's spectacular Lake District venue overlooking Lake Windermere.
Experiential and action learning methods may be used together with psychometric tools such as 360 degree assessment, ECI and Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Developing coaching skills is an essential part of most leadership interventions. Our coaching open programmes can be stand alone or integrated into your leadership development.
