Our Professional Development team are throwing open the doors to our magnificent residential training HQ, Brathay Hall, on the shores of Lake Windermere, to help all those who are responsible for developing Graduates, Talent, Leadership and Teams, to find out just what it is that makes Brathay such a force in the business world.
And in order to explain just what it is that we do and how we do it, the Brathay team are inviting YOU to their Open Day on Thursday 29 March.
Guests will enjoy a site tour of the Brathay Estate, set in the spectacular Lake District National Park, before embarking on a stimulating day of interactive workshops and facilitated discussions, led by our highly experienced and skilled, learning and development team.
This is a fantastic opportunity to network and share best practice with some of the UK’s leading authorities on graduate development and experiential education. You can also join us for a complementary Residential Experience on Wednesday 28 March. Visitors will enjoy complementary welcome drinks and dinner, plus B&B in our new eco-friendly Scandinavian Lodges (subject to availability).
Dave Otter, Head of professional Development at Brathay said: “It’s crucial in the current economic climate that businesses get their staff development right. Now, more than ever before, companies have to retain and attract productive personnel and research shows that after career progression, excellent training and development programmes are the most important factor that makes an organisation an attractive employer to graduates and workers.”
