This programme is designed to build on work covered during the three-day Coaching Leader Programme and support those wishing to develop their coaching practice further. There will be an opportunity to review individual progress made since the Programme and raise issues for clarification or discussion.
You will be introduced to, and gain practical experience of, a range of coaching tools and approaches which will enable you to further support the coachee or client to develop, gain insight, make changes and solve problems.
