Brathay Leadership Forum at Brathay Hall, Ambleside in the Lake District on Friday 5th February. A fantastic opportunity to network with other organisations concerned with employee engagement and share best practice on the topic of Leading Employee Engagement.
Investing in knowledge and skill is only a small part of improving performance, yet one which appears to receive the most attention. Research shows that those organisations which invest in attaining high level of Employee Engagement achieve more sustainable growth within even the most challenging environments.
Speakers, including Professor John Burgoyne from Lancaster University and Chris Ravenscroft, Director of Robinson Keene, will provide cutting edge insight into the topic of Employee Engagement. Each presentation will lead into a series of round table discussions where groups will identify the next steps their organisations may take.
The event, which is free of charge, will begin at 10am with registration and coffee with the introduction at 10.30am. Lunch will be provided. Accommodation at a reduced rate can be arranged upon request.
Following the popularity of the Brathay Apprentice Forum in June, places will be limited to 2 delegates per organisation and allocated on a first come first served basis.
