We provide an independent evaluation service focusing on process as well as outcome evaluation using a theory of change framework.

This not only allows us to show the impact of the project (for example, increased self-awareness and motivation), but how this impact contributes to more distal outcomes for the participants (for example, increased attendance and attainment in school/college) and wider societal outcomes (for example, increased pro-social behaviour or community engagement). This aims to show how these developmental project outcomes (sometimes referred to as ‘soft’ outcomes) contribute and impact on more distal or tangible outcomes (sometimes referred to as ‘hard’ outcomes).
