We’re proud of our expertise in facilitation and coaching. In response to demand from our clients we are now offering Professional Facilitator, Coaching Manager and Advanced Coaching Skills Open Programmes to our clients in both private and public sector.

If you are a new or less experienced facilitator working with individuals or groups the Professional Facilitator Programme is for you. This programme will enhance the skills of an effective facilitator, reinforce existing practice and develop further competencies.

• You may be working in leadership, team and personal development training environment using experiential learning.
• You may be responsible for delivering training where it requires your delegates to acknowledge, confront and make attitudinal changes in their personal and professional development.

A CIPD survey found that 90% of organisations expect line managers to coach, but only 5% have trained managers for the role. Our Coaching Manager Programme will enable your managers to develop the skills and competencies of an effective coach.

• You will be a manager, supervisor or team leader with responsibility for staff development.
• You may be a consultant, trainer or facilitator working with individuals who need to make changes in their personal and professional development.

Designed to build on work covered during the 3 day Coaching Manager Programme. You will be introduced to, and gain practical experience of, a range of coaching tools and approaches which will enable you to further support the coachee or client to develop, gain insight, make changes and solve problems.
