Fantastic last minute group & family accommodation on the shores of Windermere

Old Brathay  

Dormitory-style accommodation with 32 beds. Located next to the River Brathay and the road to Hawkshead it has a variety of rooms for two, four and six guests. Adjacent to the bedrooms are three meeting rooms, a kitchenette with hot drinks facilities, shared showers, toilets and drying room.

Eagle Crag    
Self-contained accommodation with 24 beds. Located in secluded woodland, on the Brathay Hall Estate, with rooms for two and four people. One room is specially designed for disabled guests, with an adjacent toilet/shower facility. The building has one central meeting room, a small kitchenette with hot drinks facilities, fridge and toaster.

Lingmoor  
Dormitory-style accommodation with 20 beds. Set in a converted barn on two levels near the River Brathay. Bedrooms sleep either two or four people. There is a small kitchenette with hot drinks facilities, shared showers, toilets and drying room. The building also boasts a fantastic large meeting room on the second floor.

Bowfell & Fairfield   

Two dormitory’s located on the first floor of Brathay Hall, with stunning lake views. Both contain 10 bunk beds with adjacent shower rooms.

Brathay manages two further properties, Low Bank Ground and Hinning House, on behalf of Wigan Borough Council. Both have group and family accommodation that can be booked on a B&B basis.

Brathay Hall Gift Vouchers

Why note give your friends and family a bed & breakfast break in a fantastic location, and at the same time help the work of Brathay Trust?

These gift Vouchers are available in denominations of £25.00 and you can buy any number of them. They are redeemable towards the cost of your bed & breakfast stay at Brathay Hall including meals, bar and shop. Your visit must have commenced prior to the expiry date on the voucher.
